Streets & Trips 2010 - Registry settings not copied correctly

We continue to get the "Your registry settings for this application were not
copied correctly. To correct these settings, run Setup again for this
application from the
location where you originally installed it." error.

Have tried every fix we could find but still have the problem. Runing
Windows 7-64.

Would appreciate any help

I have exactly the same problem. I've tried deleting the program and
reinstalling it from scratch...didn't help. Ran Setup...didn't help. Now
Microsoft wants more than I paid for the program to fix what seems to be
their problem.

Also, if you do need to phone Microsoft for technical assistance on the
correct version of Streets & Trips, you will not be asked to pay. There may
be an automated message telling you you may be asked to pay, but do ignore
that, and continue to wait for a live person to answer your call.
