I have just received a 2010 streets and trips disk, and I was wondering if
you can install it on more than 1 computer.

We have 2 laptops, and we sometimes take one, sometimes the other, rarely
both on trips. So I was hoping on being able to install it on both. It would
only be used on one at a time, not both at the same time....

I couldn't find the licensing info anywhere, I assume it's displayed when
you install the program, but I don't want to install it yet until I know....

I don't know about S&T 2010, but in previous versions you are allowed to
install the software on 2 PC's. I'm sure though that they haven't
changed that in their current EULA.

No change in this area as far as I can tell. You can insatall Microsoft
Streets and Trips 2010 on the licensed device (one of your computers), and
you can also install it on a portable device (another laptop), provided both
devices have the same primary user. I'm just going by the memory, so it may
be better if you consult EULA (Help >About >License).

Coipied from the license agreement under "Help" and "About Streets& Trips"
a. Licensed Device. The licensed device is the device on which you use the
software. You may install and use one copy of the software on the licensed
device.

b. Portable Device. You may install another copy on a portable device for
use by the single primary user of the licensed device.

I interprete this as having one installation on teh main desktop computer
and a second on a portable laptop computer is legal. This is what I have
done, except I have reall problems with 2010 on my desktop, repeated
activation request, see my other post and am running 2007 on th edesktop and
2010 on the laptop, fortunatley a one-way street regarding files as 2007
cannot read 2010 files.

Hope this helps
