Downloading maps

I own S&T2006 and I found the following website titled ‘Download Maps for
PocketStreets 2005’
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/pocketstreets/mapdownload/psmapsearch.aspx

My first question is will these maps work with Pocket S&T 2006?

If they will work, I’m hoping someone can help me because whenever I try to
download one of the maps (which seem to be .mps files) QuickTime Plugin 6.5.1
starts and displays a QT symbol on my browser screen. When I disable the QT
plugin in the Add-on Manager and try to download a map I get message telling
me to enable the add-on.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you right click the map file and select save target? It is unfortunate
that the extension chosen for pocket Streets maps is also one recognized by
QT. If you do manage to get one, it will work in Pocket Streets 2006.

Thanks for your reply. I was just about to write back that I found the right
click/save target option when I saw your post.
