I have upgraded Streets and Trips 4 different times now. The 2009 is the
worst version yet.
1)Can anyone tell me if the back button was added back into 2010 like it was
on older versions? It's missing on the 2009.
2)Is the option to change the size of the map font quick to get to on the
2010? Previous versions it was 2 clicks away, VIEW - FONT SIZE. In the
2009 version it took like 5 clicks to get to it, it was under tools, options,
map, font size, pull down window, and finally click on the size. 6 clicks OMG
3)is the traditional left mouse click used to drag the cursor over the
screen to re-size the map like in previous versions or did Microsoft use the
right mouse click that my thumb on my right hand had trouble accessing, since
my computer is on my right side, and I use my right hand to operate it. After
all this is the USA and the steering wheel is on the right side of the car.

Here's a review of Microsoft Streets & trips 2010:

The Back/Forward functionality is back, but it has to be accessed via View

Back/Forward, or via keyboard shortcuts.

Same as Streets & Trips 2009. But you may save the font size you like, so
you don't have to change it each time you start the software.

This feature is the same in Streets 7 trips 2010 as it was in streets &
trips 2009.

You can find out for yourself, for free, by downloading the 60 day trial.
It is huge (around 1.3 gigabytes). To get it:

1) go to msdn.microsoft.com
2) Click on downloads button on a bar near the top of the screen.
3) scroll down to the 'other resources' section on the right, and click 'All
Microsoft Downloads'
4) Near the top of the screen should be a one-line input box containing the
words 'Search All Download Center'. Click there and put in something like
'streets 2010', without the quote marks, and hit enter. This should bring
you two result links: S&T 60 day trial and S&T construction update. Note
that they ask you to register (which is a pain) to get the download but you
will be allowed to choose to download without registering.

I find lots of interesting stuff by searching the 'all download center'.
